Account Information: Business name, contact details, usernames, email addresses, login credentials, and billing or subscription information.

Transaction Data: Sales transactions, receipts, product and inventory data, and order history.

Customer Data (Merchant-Controlled): Merchants using Quetzal may collect customer information such as names, contact details, and purchase history. Quetzal processes this data on behalf of the merchant.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Quetzal does not store full credit card numbers. We may store limited transaction details such as payment method type, transaction status, and partial or tokenized identifiers.

Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, app activity, usage data, and error logs.

Location Data: We may collect approximate location data only where necessary for functionality, fraud prevention, or analytics, and only with device permissions.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Services, process transactions, support merchant operations, improve performance and user experience, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
